I really spent my morning going in circles over what to start with for my first niche. As I looked around the site and read some of the posts, took a few deap breathes, watered my garden, I came back to the computer and realized that I can have a basic theme to what I want to promote but I needed to figure out one item to start promoting.

In thinking about a holistic life style the one important thing is eating. It's just not eating but good healthy food that is easy on time management and saliva inspiring meals. Can you tell I like to eat. Well when I moved here I definitely found out how important it is to be able to cook all of those meals when I couldn't access some of my favorite resteraunts. The best part of the last couple of years is I have been able to appreciate the art of cooking. The new tech of today makes it so if you know about seasonings and marinades you can cook some really good meals while taking a shower. LOL

I love the new indoor grills that you can get some excellent healthy meals in a short period of time. I would have loved to have something like that when I was working and trying to eat healthy. Or even on the weekends when I sure didn't want to spend all my down time cooking.

So I am going back to really create my web page and I will blog my new page with the link and get feedback. Once I do that please feel free to give true and honest critiques because I won't take it personal and that will help me get better at making eye appealing pages.
