ok so on my dashboard its asking me to . ??

There are another two tiers, pp+, and pp+, with a dedicated server.

These stay, and you cannot do anything about them.

I'm writing this question on my Samsung tablet. I'm wondering if I should pull out my Apple Air MacBook and use that instead. I don't want to get full force

For most functionalities it is okay, but you would need a laptop to build your site.
