I am curious about people's experience with solo ads, if they found it to be worthwhile and if there are any preferred sellers out there. Thanks!

I went through the process of joining Igor Kheifets solo ads programme. You are introduced to Dennis Ray first of all and he tries to approve you to the most efficient advertising. After long emails with him he decided my website would qualify for his solo ads. After duly sending in $357.00 for 200 guaranteed clicks, he decided that my website layout ( funnel system was not good ) so I asked for a refund of my money spent. The good part is the refund came back fairly quickly , but the sting in the tail is he kept 20% = $71.40 saying this was the company terms of which I had . agreed to ( never did see the terms & conditions first ) . His comment then was Oh you can use this against your next advertising campaign with them. Well it is pretty obvious I would not be using his advertising again, so have lost $71.40 of money I could not afford to lose.
Buyers of Igor Kheifets solo ads !!!! BEWARE!!!!!

This is great feedback! Thanks.

I've heard that it works but never had the time to try it.
If ever you try it, please blog about the results. Thx.

I will . . .I am in the beginning stages of doing some very inexpensive solo ads just to do some testing before investing in it further. I have gotten a few people added to my list and spent only a few dollars so far, but again, it's in the beginning phase, working on writing a good ad, and figuring out which landing pages work best and so forth.

Good, thanks for updating.

not me

If I were you I would not use them. They do not seem legit and good traffic is something you must cultivate over time via social media and proper SEO.

Robert, I assure you the Directory of Ezines (DOE)
is legit, Charlie Page is one of those people that
enjoys helping others. Also a great copy writer.

I do agree that good traffic is something you must
cultivate over time via social media and proper SEO.
But, getting the ball rolling is best done with email
and content marketing.

I would have to agree, short term results can be found through email marketing more easily than through SEO, though all of them go together as part of an overall marketing plan.

I use the DOE Charlie page owns it.
I have known him for about 16 years.
Directory of Ezines (DOE)

However, I recommend email marketing
mixed with content marketing.
Charlie also teaches that in the DOE.

I visited DOE and just joined it. It looks promising with lots of videos teaching various methods to get traffic. Thanks for sharing the idea. Have a great day. Dave

Dave, sorry it took so long to reply.
I have been super busy.
Charlie is a great guy, his teachings are top notch.
Have a prosperous day my friend.

I have some sites already on hostgator and want to move one of the sites I have built here over to Hostgator as well primarily because this particular site needs hosting other

Got to love how quickly a question gets answered here. No wonder I paid for a yearly premium membership. Still worth it.

Here's some instructions that should help http://www.wealthyaffiliatetv.com/move

The reason I have the hostgator hosting is that one of my sites is an ecommerce site which utilizes a datafeed from my distributor and that isn't something I would be able to do through WA hosting, at least not easily. And the site I move would remain a wordpress site, just with a little something extra. It appears this would be pretty simple to do. Thanks for all the replies.

Hi,

you'd have to download all your files via FTP.
Then point the nameservers to Hostgator and upload your files there.

But then you would still have a WordPress site.

If you don't want to have a WordPress site, you might have to copy and paste all your content manually.
I have never tried to turn a WordPress site into a "normal" site.

What exactly are you trying to do, that you can't do here?

This post indicates contacting Marion Black here!

Why not move everything to WA. It is the best choice. I can explain it to you if you like. Good Luck.
