10 Blog Posts Done 15 To Go - Update for MagiStudios 10K Pinterest Challenge

Hi everyone from Fuerteventura, got here yesterday and all I can say is so much for getting away from England and the horrible wet and cold weather. It actually started raining when I was still in Lanzarote - pretty mad considering on the grand tour they was saying that it hardly ever rains in Lanzarote and the farmers have to rely on the moisture trapped in the volcanic soil - I'm guessing they will not be complaining but anyhow.

Before I left I decided it was time I tried to do something about the traffic coming to my healthy living website DynamicIdeas4Life.com - and after watching Jay (Magistudios) training video I decided that I would try and make good on his 10K challenge by creating 25 new blog posts and 125 pins for Pinterest.

My Progress So Far...

Well, I still have a long way to. I have published 10 of 25 blog posts. I've got another 10 drafts in SiteContent that I've added photos to that are ready to be finished in WordPress and another 5 I need to workthrough. My process has basically been working on these on my phone whilst I've been on the move. It has been very helpful having Sitecontent and being able to use the images on here from sites like pexels.

ChatGPT has actually been a great help. The bulk of articles I created in a batch on WriteSeed which I have paid $9 for - not sure if I will keep beyond this. The articles are OK I guess but they are all very similar - every paragraph seems to say "additionally", "for example" and "finally. I've had to kind of try and rewrite each instance but it has kind of served me well.

ChatGPT has helped me kind of fix all the repetiveness and its actually been good for helping create my pins. Annoyingly, ImageStudio I haven't had the credits to use so much. Canva has helped me quite a bit with making the pins that I have made but its ai / text to image is shocking - and it has been quite time consuming really.

How I Have Been Doing This All Whilst On Holiday

I have tried not to get too absorbed with this task whilst here but as mentioned I have been using my phone to help complete my drafts and back at my hotel / hostels I've been working on finalising 1-2 blogs a day. I've also just about managed to do 2 pins for each post. 1 for the day and 1 scheduled for the next week.

I did my first carousel pin today. It was a bit annoying because I never realized it was only 5 images and instead I made 10 but this will be good for making into 2. I've also made this into a video pin so im hopefully going to make that into a 3rd pin. Its actually been good as been stressing a bit about how I'm going to make all my pins so this has been a good thing to find out about.

My Plans Going Forward

So, I will be leaving here on Tuesday. If I can maybe get 12 blog posts finished I will be happy. I've been keeping a document (log) of what I've done and still need to do so i'm thinking once I do hit the 25 blog target I can start going through this and working on the remainder of pinterest pins I need to make.

I think after this I will probably look at what pins I can pin to other boards and maybe see what existing content I have published which can be utilised for my 5 new boards I created for this challenge.

After this I think I really want to try and focus on other things. I had a lot of tasks outlined for this website already and these I think I need to give some good time to. Also, my second website SecretGardenofMind.com I've not made a Pinterest account for this yet so I'm thinking I might open one and do my next campaign for this.

In Conclusion

It's been a lot of work. I really hope that it will all be worth it but I have a feeling it might be. If truth be told I don't think I've ever put so much effort into a social media campaign before so we'll see what happens. Currently my Pinterest is at 1.2K views a month. To get this to 10K maybe it might take a bit more than just these 125 new pins but I think its a good challenge to set myself and I feel I'm well on my way to completing it.

I will share another update when I am closer to getting this challenge completed. Hopefully some people here can read this and it might help them to actually make their subscription at WA worth the money.

Always believed in the potential of this platform so hoping 2026 will see me finally proven right - 6 years it will be in January so I am going to try and push for this being my year.
