Did you do as I suggested in my PM to you. Back up site. Deactivate the mentioned plugins.
Once de-activated add Breadcrumb NavXT plugin and follow the setup directions.
Please back up your site first UpdraftPlus - Backup/Restore does all the work for you. All you have to do is click back up. I know your site got messed up and site support had re-install it pretty much.

site support told to contact theme provider .they give me advice didn't work.try to change the theme.then settings and arrangement changed thinking to contact googlesupport
