How Are You Today?
Evening everyone. I don't know about anyone else these days but I have really had enough of this coronavirus and these lockdowns. I want my freedom and my life back to go where I want, to meet friends and go for coffee or a nice glass of wine and a long chat.
However, I found and wanted to share this with everyone as it really summed up how I feel this week as well as made me laugh.
I hope everyone else is having a good week, and doesn't have this feeling or that they want to stand in a corner and scream.
Now this next one is for the guys and I hope no one finds it offensive as I thought it was hilarious when I read it last night.
Well everyone, let me know if you are offended and I will be happy to sort it but I do have a very weird sense of humour and I like to share things if I find it will make some people laugh and brighten up their day as we can all be too serious at times.

Hi Cheryl, it can get tough at times. The restrictions sure are an inconvenience but I hope with everyone following these rules, even though some of them do not make sense will be the fastest way we can get out there and enjoy the social aspect of life.

Hi Cheryl I completely understand how being cooped up is playing mental havoc with so many people. I also feel it for the many families that have lost loved ones due to this disease. I think that while hard we have to keep these safeguards in place even if it will save one life.

The worst thing is a thin cotton mask is often thwarted by people wearing them below their noses, or not washing hands, etc... Even then the WHO stated already the mask only moderately reduces risk, and 6 feet is not enough distance to escape a cough or sneeze. What these procedures do is give the appearance something is being done immediately, and to calm the populace. They also weaken your immune system making the virus hit harder when it does hit because you are not building natural antibodies. Over 7,000 US Doctors signed a letter to then-President Trump and Congress stating that if anything the mask and the ill-advised 6-foot rule that should be closer to 14 ft. may have increased the death toll, so please don't take offense if some choose not to participate as the science has not been used to evaluate and rule out this pacifier.
Hi Andy no offence taken prior or now. I recognize that there are very divergent views on this topic. Ultimately we all want the pandemic to be over and everyone to safely return to their lives.

Lucky here in the US we can have all the freedom we desire as long as we defend 1 right, and that is the right to keep and bear arms. That singular item seems to keep politicians from protecting us from ourselves using internment camps. Your only real limitation as there are no laws mandating Mask etc... is your stomach for personal risk. Love your sense of humor by the way.
As Thomas Jefferson put it, that right is what keeps a government in check and from turning tyrannical!

Mycoxafloppin is a good one hehe! I'm forcing myself to plough ahead though in some pain from a 3-hour dental procedure I just had. Not fun but at least it's over. Have a nice day keep the humor coming!
