Whatever you do folks, do not get locked out of Wealthy Affiliate for any reason at all as it is worse than trying to get into Fort Knox when you are trying to get back in.

I have had to resubscribe and start from the very start again so I am not a happy person as I do not know if or how I can get any of the blogs and such like that I had accomplished over the last year and half that I spent here.

I have asked Kyle and waiting on him to get back to me.

I became locked out because of a wee problem with my payment but that is not the issue. I really think that there has to be an easier way to just make your payment and go back to what you were doing not having to resubscribe and start from the word go all over again.

This has been me for the last few weeks lol.

I have already made this point to Kyle but he has never said anything in response about it so will have to wait.

It is nice and I am glad to be back and in among you all but will not be happy if I have lost everything from before.

If anyone knows how to sort this out then please let me know.

I think if you use this it may be able to be sorted out all the best I think many of us would be upset if this happened to us.

There is an article concerning a payment failure. I see that you have rejoined if you go to site support they may be a\ble to help as well but I would try the above link to try and get through to Kyle or Carson.

Hi Alexander, I am waiting on Kyle and Site Support to get back to me about getting back into my old profile, I told Kyle a few times that I wasn’t happy at having to resubscribe to get back in, I think it’s a joke that you can’t just make the payment and go back into your profile.

I was tearing my hair out believe me and I couldn’t find a way to message Kyle or Carson. Thanks I will read the payment article.

Hi Alexander, sorry for the late reply and thanks again for the links. When I was locked out of WA, I filled in one of the requests asking Kyle or Carson if they could check it out but they never got back to me.

I did pm Site Support and left Kyle a message when I came back in after paying and I am still waiting on them getting back to me. Will let you know what happens. It is a nightmare to get back in, you can't just pay your fee and then carry on, you need to resubscribe and start again.
