Such A Disappointment!

Hi everyone inside of the Wealthy Affiliate Community.
I hope all is well with you. So sorry for the dramatic cover photo as I didn't know what other images to use to describe the feeling of disappointment of this package that was delivered to me a month prior and upon opening it recently, I found out that there has been a dent located on the front of the washer. Picture below 👇
As a result, I did contacted Amazon but only to be given the runaround at first which then led to a hang up as they could not help me but thank God I got the right person in the end, name Jason who was able to help me fill out a request to have UPS come by to pick it up which was something that the first person could have done but he left me on hold for a few minutes too long before the call was abruptly dropped but instead of the UPS guy that was supposed to be coming by to pick up this package to be sent back to the Amazon warehouse in Brisbane, CA, they then used a different company called "Ryders" that was able to help me get this package out of my apartment as it was a very big package but thank God the delivery guy had a pushing cart/buggy that did the work of taking it out and I thanked him for that.
Now, all I have to do is wait for a few days for a refund to be reimbursed back into my account so I can look for another washer. Luckily I already found another washer which is a little over $200 so I can only pray hoping that it doesn't get damaged while on the way here.

Sorry to hear you had to go through this hassle Myra but at least it will be resolved. Stuff like this happens many times mostly due to careless handling when loading or unloading on the trucks.
Glad you found another washer and hopefully your refund will be done asap and you can move forward.

Thank you, Andre, and yes, I do understand that these things happen but that is why the delivery driver should've had an extra person with him as this was such a heavy item to carry it up.
Luckily I've already gotten the refund but it will not be available until later so definitely no hard feelings about it but I just wish that Amazon didn't have to give me a hard time about returning it. :/

The main it is sorted pity Amazon gave you a hard time when did nothing goes to show what The can be like with customers let alone their affiliates
Yes, they did at first gave me a hard time by giving me the runaround due to the fact that nobody wanted to do their job. I just hope that it isn't going to be like this in the future but it's all water under the bridge now that I've just gotten my refund.

Yes when on the other side of the phone or online so easy to not take responsibility certainly a lot different to the support you get here.
Enjoy your evening it's 11.15 am Tuesday here and been looking after my furbaby grandson since Monday last week while my daughter is finally enjoying a week holiday
She will pick him him up on Wednesday late afternoon certainly a handful normally I have him for a couple of night but a week certainly tests the limits of sanity here but all good love him anyway and he sleeps well with me.
Now he has stopped running around like a lunatic and resting on my foot once more.
So hopefully will get some peace and quiet to work online doubt it but you never know he may surprise me and stay relaxed.
So far so good although my foot feels a bit numb with him laying on it while he gets his sleep. LOL
