You can check in Google Search Console, if you haven't yet, you need to submit a sitemap.xml file to Google Search Console. Once you do that you can take any page or post URL and do a URL inspection.
The URL site inspection is on the left column in Search Console to get you started.
Once you let Google do the inspection it will tell you whether the post is indexed or not, if it's not you will see a blue button that say's Request Index. Click that and request the index to happen, go back and check every now and then, Google will respond to the request.
Thanks a lot. I have submitted the sitemap.xml file.
But I need to check out that URL site inspection.
BTW one of my posts is listed when I searched for "site:fatlossfityou.com"... Does that mean google has indexed that particular page?
BTW I tried that and it appears to be indexed.
Yes, that's not a ranked post but it is a post that is indexed. You should do a URL inspection of every page and post you have on your site except the privacy policy and affiliate disclosure.
That will tell you which ones are indexed and which are not, if you have made any changes to any of them or the last time crawled was some time ago you can still request those pages to be indexed again.
Okay. I will do that. And it seems like Google has indexed 4 more posts as well.
