Another Hiccup!
Yes, another hiccup. It would be great if the hiccup was just irritating, not debilitating. I could never find myself comfortable with its occurrence and its abrupt presence. It was not one thing to get used to, rather it had to be the battle to be won.
Regardless of the recurring hiccup, I am just glad to resume my blogging. The formulation of ideas, writing and editing, searching for relatively meaningful images, and the final drafting, they are familiar and desirable feelings that makes me happy.
So here are the key-points of my latest blog:
- Depression and Physical Activity are relatively good friends. Being in the inert-mode (depression), physical activities are extremely little, and vice versa.
- How do I overcome depression with physical activities?
- Morning challenges shows how my day begins.
- The dosage of exercises is in tuned to the degree of being depressed (mild, undesirable, severe).
- What happens when all else failed?
- Do physical activities always work?
- Keep keeping on, being on the move.
Why? It opens up the window and let in a ray of sunlight, a chance to feel good.
Do make time and have a read “How I Subdue my Depression with Physical Activity” (http://managebipolar-disorder.com/how-i-subdue-my-...).
Cheers!
