We know you can add tags to posts, but what about pages?
Your pages are set up to be the titles of your menus and then you add your post to them inside the drop down menu. Pages should consist of home page,about me page, privacy page, disclaimer page, then three or more category pages for your pist yo be added to. Well this is what I do.

Shoot! We we're afraid of that! What happened is, we got kinda of caught up with pages, posts, categories, drop downs ect. So basically all of our reviews are pages - so they can be in a dropdown menu - and most of the rest of our stuff are posts. We have a category called home that we use as a blog roll. We have a couple pages we had to throw under the categories as well. We should have done all posts, but, whats done is done now I suppose. (wow, I think that was perhaps, confusing)

No pages do not allow tags unfortunately. They are more static in nature. Good question though! What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Yes you can! With a plugin.
First you need to install and activate the 'Post Tags and Categories for Pages' plugin. Once it's activated, go to Pages » Add New and you will find post categories and tags now available for your pages too.
You can turn either of them on and off from the Screen Options in the Show on screen section at the top.
That's it, not too difficult!

Yes, it did :-) It was perfect! I had to create a custom menu item out of my category under the links section (in menus). After I did that I removed the original category in the menu and replaced it with my custom 'link' which was titles REVIEWS and the URL was just #. Now only my drop down items are clickable, which is what we wanted! Thanks again!

Should you buy the www. version of your domain or not? We know you can change it to your preference with an code but which is the best way to go?
www version is called a sub-domain. It doesn't matter if you use it or not use it. When you use it, make sure you do it every time.
We have mostly used the non www version for crushtheninetofive.com except in one place.. webmaster tools, there we named it www.crushtheninetofive.com. We;ve read that this makes a difference, should we change it to a non www. in webmaster tools? Or the other way around?
According to Kyle the search engines remove the www when searching for it. Bing Webmaster Tools automatically removes the www when adding your site. Cheers:))

When using wordpress you have the option of writing a 'page' or writing a 'post', does a 'post' rank the same way a 'page' would in google?
Posts rank better ... they are continually being added ... they keep your website active! Google likes that. M
what we think happens is that because posts automatically go to a blog roll they will appear on your site as fresh new content. Pages do not have the capability to appear in an automatic feed. They will either appear on your menu bar (the more pages you add the bigger and bigger your menu bar will grow) or you have to place them as a drop down in a category. Posts can also go under a category but cannot appear as a drop down menu item. So no matter what you have to put the pages somewhere so they will appear. that is why posts are a better option, because they have the capability of automatically showing up when you select to have an automatic blog feed...wow mouth full!
We are going to be using posts for everything except for our review category in which we will make a page for each review and then put them in a drop down menu.
In the end I do not think google can tell the difference between the two, posts have the advantage because they can automatically be shown in a blog roll.
Being no expert, I would assume to have Privacy Policy, About, and Home all as pages.
On my website. I have 2 main categories which are displayed in my navigation menu. The 2 categories have a static page attached to each one.
On these to pages, I have my category breakdown.
Everything else is always a post for me.
no...pages are considered static, posts are considered active and fresh.
Posts will always rank much better than pages.

Depends highly on context, whether your "post" is still on the homepage or not, whether the "page" has a link on the homepage itself, and many other things. I could think of numerous situations where a page would outrank a post. Google wouldn't really even differentiate whether your content is in post or page form.
We were considering only having posts. We currently have 2 main pages in categories as drop downs. But the post also show up when you click. Its confusing. We thought it could be better having all posts (the whole site) showing up as blogrolls under each respective category and ALWAYS going in a category called 'home" - any thought on that?
I think you're going to be fine setting it up the way you want it. I have asked Kyle about setting the homepage and this is what he said to me:
"I would always suggest making your homepage a blog roll versus being a static page. The reason for this is that when you add a new post to your website, it will automatically show a snippet of this on your homepage (within your blog roll).
Not only does this make your website appear to be much more active and interesting to a visitor, it will also lead Google to quicker index your pages and also rank your content higher as your website will always appear fresh."
