So I'm kind of not sure what all I should say in my 'About Me' page. I don't wanna say too much, but I don't feel like I have enough either.. So I'll copy and paste what I do have on here and let me know what y'all think. Please and thank you!!!

"Hello! And welcome to All Things Green! =]

My name is Chelsea, a.k.a Chelc, and I am the master chef of this site. I have a lot of interests, from reading to video gaming, roller blading to parkour! (Just kidding, I'm not THAT fit, haha) Anywho, I also have a crazy obsession with all things green, hence the website. I love all things green!

I'm hoping to build up the site to something massive, eventually. You know, a kind of go-to place for any fellow green-lovers, or just anyone who happens to be looking for a specific green object. I want to provide an easily accessible place for everyone to find their green-needs!

Of course, I am open to suggestions! I'm just starting out so there may not be a huge variety yet, but I WILL be building and updating regularly! Feel free to let me know on the "Contact" page what kind of things you would be interested in seeing here in green. So check back often, leave me feedback, and tell your friends and family where to go if they want anything colored green!"

does that include green bread - jk - i'm starting a baseball academy and one of the features - if i get it off the ground - will be a facility with as much renewable energy as humanly possible - green is good

Well at first I'm just focusing on green colored objects, not necessarily eco-friendly green, but eventually I do hope to add green colored, eco-friendly products up as well so it is definitely a possibility! =D Good luck with your site!

I agree with gud. Great start
. I have different About Me pages for my sites, for reasons gud said, why I'm interested in that topic/niche.

The biggest decision is to decide whether to go with a personal About Me page or a Site About Us page. One obviously talks about you and why you started the page, the other is more about the site and doesn't mention the person who created it. Not normally anyway.

Here is a link to two of my site's About Me pages, might give you a few ideas on what else you could add. http://thathelpfuldude.com/about and http://thatfitnessdude.com/about-that-dude

You can see the differences because of the different types of niches of the sites.

I hope that helps Chelsea :)

Wow your sites are awesome! I am definitely taking a page out of your book. =] And heck, I was thinking about buying the Insanity workout videos, maybe I will buy them through you! Thank you so much!

Insanity is awesome. I will be writing an in-depth review on it later!

Be sure to let me know when you do! I'd love to read it.

I think you are off to a good start. We walk a narrow path, you want to give enough information to let people know you are not a scammer, or fly by night operator. But you don't want to give out enough information that someone can use it to steal your identity.

I think you should include some information regarding how you got interested in All things green, why is it your passion? This helps to get people thinking why they want to follow you and your business as your sight evolves.

It really is the same old story, people will want to know "how this benefits them?" In other words whats in it for me? But you need to let them know why you are enthusiastic about it, so they can find a reason to get excited and the "About me" page is a great place to do that.

Awesome, I will work on adding that right away! Thanks for the feedback =]
