Happy Africa Day!
Today is Africa Day and I just want to share a bit about the name of my country, Zimbabwe. When you say "houses" in Karanga which is a dialed of Shona language, you say "Zimba" also spelt as "Dzimba". Zimba is a plural imba. Then when you say "stones" in Karanga, you say "mabwe". The singular of "stones" is "ibwe". Now here is the interesting part you probably didn't know. When you say "houses of stones" you say "zimba-dza-mabwe". Therefore, Zimbabwe means houses of stone.
We got a beautiful place called Great Zimbabwe.
Have a great night everyone.

He is running the country from the grave, the same way Steve Jobs is running 'Apple'. People die, ideas or systems don't.
Very true Trevor. Very hard to change such a strong man's ideas after such a long rule. Hopefully you all will navigate towards a brighter future before too long.
