Updated status

Getting ready to head into Course 3. My website is scooting along and I have a nice G+ account with positive feedback. I've learned so much thus far and I'm excited about where this journey is taking me. My niche is in food. Not only writing about it, but doing the research, coming up with recipes, making the product, taking pics, and telling the story. I knew that a blog would not be easy and have found it to be quite arduous at times. I keep reading that you need to have content! content! content! but that is sometimes difficult with my full schedule and full time job. It has helped me reading others posts and websites as well, and made me realize that every blog post doesn't have to be me sweating away in the kitchen or trying to get that perfect shot of my not so perfect recipe. I can do a product review, or maybe just talk about food and it's health benefits, etc.

I'd like to see my website a little more congruent in the next 3 months and by month six I'd like to see a little moolah in my account from the affiliate programs I've joined (lol). I'm not worried about the amount so much as the fact that it's just showing me that it can in fact be done.

I appreciate the feedback the community here has provided and the training is really top notch. I'm excited about my online future!
