LOL, thanks for the advice.

Awesome advice, life does many times get in the way.

I have a list with my tasks what to do. I have questions written down too. Without it, I would be lost in this enormous ocean of knowledge.

You are right, this is an ocean of knowledge. It can be overwhelming at times. But I try not to let it get the best of me. Thanks for sharing.

My pleasure. What I like in WA, that it teaches you discipline. No work, no money:)

Having to quit my job to be closer to home during the day in case a problem arose for my Mom, actually gives me more flexibility. I quit drinking years ago, because it was a distraction from my studying about computers, and then I discovered I didn't miss it. Most of what I do now is in the morning when it's so quiet, or in the late afternoon when the storms begin. Mostly, though, I keep my eye on the prize.

Thanks for sharing. Actually early mornings and late evenings are when I work on my projects as well. Happy to hear you stopped drinking. I have never been much of a drinker, but I know that I don't need it. I still have fun without it. I love the fact that you say you do your work in the late afternoons when the storms begin, that must be a beautiful sound. Probably very relaxing. I live in a pretty active city. My storms sound more like helicopters looking for people and the occasional gun shot. LOL. But what can I say, home sweet home. It has become a part of life for me for now. That part of my life will change soon.

I set my alarm clock just as I would if I were going to a place of employment, have a schedule that I follow, I also do not answer the phone during certain times

That is my thought process for the future. I am thinking, once I quit my job, I still would love to have my own little office. Even if it is a virtual or shared office, this way I still have that place to go and work and be away from the madness or even have that sense of knowing I have a responsibility. I don't work well from home, but when I do, I still dress up as if I am going to work. Once I change into my night clothes, it seems like my brain triggers the relaxation mode and I can't get out of it. So I remain dressed until I am ready for bed so I can focus.

sounds good to me wish you all the best with your plan and goals

Well said, Louis. We all have 24 hours in a day though different demands on our time.

I have a general and flexible timetable. It can be set up as a daily or weekly schedule.

Some people prefer to focus on one or two goals on a given day, or do something in each category every day. This depends on individual priorities, goals and preferences.

1. Training/Learning/Lessons
2. Writing content for website
3. Site building management and tweaks.
4. WA community contributions
5. Traffic & marketing - seo, advertising, social media, seo, forums, list building and email marketing,

In the beginning, one would spend more time on items 1, 2 and 3.

Allocate the amount of time available to cover each item during the day or working week. ~Jude

Jude, this is awesome information, thanks for sharing. I am printing this information out to keep it with me to develop my daily/weekly schedule.

I basically wasted a whole year Louis, but I promised myself that this year will be my year. I work and attend college so I usually spend at least 2 hours at night on working my business and replying to posts. But soon I'll have to slow down on replying to posts and focus more on my business. Takes a lot of time when you have 1400 followers. I might wait until my day off to reply to comments and work my business for a couple hours every night. It's to easy to get distracted. Wish you all the best Louis:)

Great dedication. At first I was answering all my comments and questions. But it became very overwhelming. I think I burnt myself out at the beginning even though I was really excited. But something in my heart and mind told me, don't give up, keep plugging away at this. So I have been doing just that. I have let up on commenting and been focusing more on studying now. Thanks for sharing.

You made a wise decision Louis:)

To be honest, I actually spend around 2 - 3 hours per day just do focus on internet marketing. I do have my own diary and journal, where I usually write my objective, problems faced by my blog readers, my possible solutions for those problems, my sub-niches... And the schedules.

Shareen, thanks for sharing this information. All of the shared comments here have been very helpful and inspirational. I am going to work on a schedule for myself to make sure I dedicate that time to building my business.
