My online business will be structured around Avon. I'm having trouble with the "Who is your customer?" and "What problem are you solving?" question. Most of the items offered ar

MisterWailor,I understand about the concept of "love it or leave it alone"...and I DO love it or I wouldn't be here fighting for a way to adapt it so that I could do it. Occasionally, there will be someone down the line somewhere who *still* sees Avon as a punchline or some disgruntled Ex-rep stopping by site to yell "scam" because they wanted to wave a wand instead of work their business. Never did I intend to imply that this person was me. I only meant that I must be well prepared when such a person *does* show up.

I would say bath & beauty, I always loved their jewelry selection too.

"Savings on toiletries & Jewelry"... ok

It's amazing to me how many ladies are sold on Avon, but have been abandon by their representatives (my wife was) so reactivation should be part of your goals.

Hmm, ok...so "train reps to provide customer service and leverage technology". I agree that rep abandonment is sad...some of us get abandoned by our uplines, too

Avon products are for beauty and skin care. Why don't you put in solving problem "skin problem" and "anti-ageing", etc

Or rather add that to the "problems solved". I suppose I figured at the time I would I say "if"...As in, if someone balked, "Beauty and Skincare??? I can buy that anywhere! "

But you should have confidence on Avon product. Otherwise do something else. If you cannot sell to yourself, how do you sell to others? You should say Avon is one of the best product. There must be some good points about it, think?
