When is a baby considered to be premature?

Babies born before 37 weeks, while a normal pregnancy is 40 weeks. The infants are going to need special care like:

Being placed in an incubator, feeding tubes, and other special medical devices. They have to be watched for complications, like infections, breathing problems, and digesting food.
