Quick Help Needed for a Charity Website :)

I'm building a website for a friend and i'm just wondering which web host actually pays out the affiliate income they promise. I've heard of both Ipage and Hostgator promising $100 affiliate payouts per referral but they actually pay nothing

Actually I do know that I-page does pay for referrals that sign up. I signed up under my sign and he did get his money. I have heard good things about host gator, but I have not used them.
(I have just recently moved my hosting here to WA since I can get training, hosting, and help from an amazing community. :) We all have different needs.)
What is the charity you are helping, maybe we could get others to help the promote as well to get it going viral.
I know you will get a lot of help from others here, as well.
