Can we put videos on our Wordpress websites?

Yes you can, as long as you do not infringe on anyone's copyright. If you wanted to add something you created, you don't have to worry about any of that. If you wanted to include a video from say, youtube, you have to make sure it has the share button. Always give credit to the author of the video, as well.

I would put my personal videos.
I am asking this because outside WA, if you go to the Wordpress website, only the premium fare allows unlimited videos, and it is more expensive than WA..

Hi Charles. Glad I could make some sense of this for you. If you're using your own personal videos, you are totally in the clear.
However, keep in mind, Google doesn't want you to fill up your posts with videos. They want to see written content. So be careful that you don't put but one or two on a post. It'll keep you out of trouble and you will rank better, as well.
