I already have a website I would like to add to WA.
The easiest way would be to ftp the folders to WA, but how.
I have looked it up and the actual ftp'ing I am fine with,

You shouldn't need to use ftp at all...the following link from Course 2 of the training here should help explain it especially if you bought a domain here at Wealthy Affiliate, and you're trying to move a siterubix site over to it... If your domain is over at another place like Namecheap or GoDaddy, etc. go over to the "Websites > Site Domains" section of the menu and choose what option you want to do there...you can either transfer your domain here completely or keep it at whatever place you bought them by pointing your domain to WA and updating its nameservers, you can find the ones for WA at https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

You might find this training helpful as well, depending on your situation, Hope this helps you out,
Best wishes :) ~Sherry

if you already have a site then look up pointing your nameservers here to get it hosted here rather than ftping.
who are you hosted with at the moment?
as long as it is built on wordpress then no problems - if not then it may be a problem.
if not on wordpress then talk to sitesupport about your options.
good luck moving it
Phil

Here's a couple of trainings that you can refer to: Hope that helps :)

Thank
but i really need information on getting the ftp username and password

Did you look at the trainings I linked you to? That's exactly what they show you :)

PS - do you have your own domain name? If you're just using a .siterubix domain still you won't be able to get FTP access.

Thankyou

that last piece of the puzzle no one has mentioned before, i am currently using a siterubix domain.
Thankyou once again for your help

No problem at all :)
