Owning your own house?
How do you own your house? I ask because in most cases we hold it the wrong way. We have been told by our parents or grandparents, that we should own our own home. For a lot of us it is our dream to one day own our own home.
It has always been smart to own the house with your spouse. The problem is times are and have been a changing. Today there are a lot of people who think that the best way to make money is by suing someone. Could that be you?
One way I would suggest holding you home is in a Family Limited Partnership (FLP).
At least here in the USA it can protect you from people who wish to sue you. Even if they win a lawsuit against you if your house is in a properly worded FLP you will keep your house. If you want more information privateemail me.
