I’m not sure if you can overwrite an existing site but have you tried to move crappy to better? You can try by going to Websites > Site Manager and then clicking on the Move button for crappy. You should then be able to select to a domain I own and pull down better from the drop-down menu.

Here's a training video offering you help in doing this: Move Post or Page From One Website to Another This does NOT overwrite what you already have on the site you want your content transferred to, so you will need to delete what you do not want.
