Today I want to talk about Affiliate Marketing High Ticket Items, and if they are really worth the big investment that is asked for.

Affiliate Marketing High Ticket Items - How To Identify Them

For those of you who don't know what a "high ticket item" is, I will explain. Have you ever seen a make money online product or have gotten blasted with emails trying to sell you something?

Most of them are charging you $47, some a little less, some a little more. This is perfectly normal, and is NOT considered a high ticket item.

When you are offered a marketing course for a few bucks, but then you must upgrade to get the results promised in the sales video, but these upgrades cost in the Thousands?

These are high ticket items due to their high price, and I hate them with a passion. Myself, and many other members of this community can vouch that you can learn how to be successful here without going bankrupt.

There is no need to spend thousands of dollars to get a good education on affiliate marketing. They will promise you a lot of hidden "secrets", but in my opinion, there is just a right way, and a wrong way to do things.

Sure there are tactics that will help you convert better, but this is all a learning curve, which you can learn here paying $49 a month (not including all the other great benefits of being here), rather then paying $10,000+.

Don't be surprised. There have been products that have costed that much just for some training videos and done-for-you material like landing pages and email swipes.

Do Affiliate Marketing High Ticket Items Last?

Most of these companies are MLM companies, which many are pyramid schemes. They push you to recruit people more then they teach you principles of marketing.

I want us to be able to identify some red flags of these types of programs.

A sign of this is where all your training is geared toward promoting the product itself, rather then you go out and use the training to start your own business promoting something you want to.

Another red flag is when you can't promote the more expensive products and receive a higher commission unless you buy the product yourself first, putting more pressure on you to upgrade.

There are many companies like this, and many have been shut down. I have done reviews for some of them. Here are some examples.

You won't believe how much these companies have charged people that have joined these programs to purchase all the products.

• Empower Network - $145 Monthly + $5,000 in upsells

All 3 of these companies have been shut down, and I am very happy about that. However, there are many more companies that have not been shut down yet, and are still charging people tens of thousands of dollars.

I just want you to beware and realize that it does not cost this much for a proper online marketing education.

How Much Do We Really Need?

Think about all you get for the $49 you are paying a month. You have all the features you need to run and sustain a business.

These Affiliate Marketing High Ticket Items are not necessary or needed.

You can make some money as an affiliate promoting them, however, it is much easier to sell cheaper items than items in the thousands.

If you are going to sell high ticket products, you can do so the right way because there are many affiliate programs out there that do this right.

You don't have to join these pyramid schemes and scammy companies where you have to buy into the training in order to promote it by manipulating people to join and do the same.
