I came across this and it really is a simple formula for success.

Rule #1 - If you want to fail, complain about everything,

if you want to succeed, show you are grateful for Everything.

Rule #2

If you want to fail, always blame everyone else for all your problems,

if you want to Succeed, always help others.

Rule #3

If you want to fail, never be grateful,

if you want to Succeed, always show that you are grateful.

I am grateful for the WA Community and the awesomeness of it all.
