My Niche is Obvious Now the Focus Needs to be Narrowed More
Own Your Own Health
YOU are the only person responsible for your own health. You can not expect your Doctor to take care of your health. This person is not standing by your side each minute to see what it is you are getting into. You (alone) need to know how to deal with everyday life in order to stay healthy. You owe it to yourself to learn as much about health issues as you can and be your own guardian of your own health. I feel the need to elaborate more on this subject. I was blessed with mostly great health my whole life through. I am not a physician and have no medical background. I have done a lot of research and know what has worked for me. I do not know very much about different types of ailments or diseases, but am of this frame of mind.
Almost all illness is somehow related to your lifestyle, especially your diet. I do not have much use for the mainstream medical doctors. They are fine for patching one up when things like accidents happen, but for sickness, they are so far off base it is pathetic. This is my opinion entirely. If you are concerned about an illness and Google it, you will find many alternate choices that do not require you to even think of going to a doctor. Many people try these remedies as a last resort, when conventional methods did not work. I say, "Why not try what I call GOD's way first?" I am sure I will get a lot of flak from those who believe otherwise. They are going to say that I caused numerous people to delay or avoid getting proper treatment until it was to late for them. My idea on this matter is, "If you follow a diet known to help with treating a particular disease before that disease develops, you are much less likely to even get it in the first place."
That being said, I need to impress upon you this one thing. All vitamins are NOT created equally. I do not refer to my regime as vitamins. Vitamins are man made. I refer to them as Whole Food Supplements! There is much less room for error when you go this route. GOD created food for nourishment. HE, in HIS infinite wisdom knows exactly what a body needs to thrive. When you receive pharmaceutical drugs from a doctor, some of them have not even been tested properly. Many have side effects that have warnings in the fine print. There are now commercials saying if you (or a loved one) has died, call 1 (800) Bad Drug. I keep thinking (disdainfully), "If you have died, call this number!" I have called the "Hippocratic oath" the "Hypocritical Oath" for so long, I don't even know how to say it the first way any longer.
I could go on and on with this subject matter, but to make a long story short, I have found my niche! It is something I am so passionate about, there is no other way to go. Now I just need to zero in on it, hone it to a slightly more narrow target. I have been called a broad before, but this is not something I want to be.
Thanks for being here, all you wonderful WA members. I'm so glad to be a part of this!

Our health is our greatest wealth that we have and i agree with you.Prevention is better than cure and i also advocate on eating healthy though at times this is not followed.thanks for the article.
Hi! Fideh,
Thanks for your response. Yes, it was especially difficult to find healthy food while driving semi 'cross country. A lot of the truck stops even replaced sit down casual restaurants with fast food joints! It's like anything else in life, when one has mastered the discipline to prepare for the future and give up some comforts for the time being, We need to look at the big picture, instead of having tunnel vision. Like George Burns or Mickey Mantle said, "If I had known I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself." You know how the old saying goes, "Play now and pay later." Habits are hard to break. Get in the habit of eating "junk food" and you will have a much harder time getting healthy a little lone staying that way. I'm glad we think alike. . .Great Minds!

So you're going down the natural health route. There are so many niches here, have you found one you are interested in writing about? Does the niche have a high search rate. Just a suggestion, "Rheumatoid arthritis" has a very high traffic rate...and a plethora of affiliate products to assist with it.
Almost everyone develops some sort of joint problem when they get older so the audience is massive. The baby boomers are in this area with aching joints and 'money' to spend on remedies.
Hi! George,
I'm thinking to go for Whole Foods and how they help the body thrive. Like I said, I don't know that much about ailments (not that I don't want to learn), but I chose to focus on the positive. Ailments and disease are more negative (in my mind) than healthy intake is. My passion lies in the fact that GOD knows (better than man) what a body needs to stay healthy. I will have no problem showing this passion and it will not be work at all. Thanks for your feedback, just the same. I want you to know you are appreciated.
