Why should I keep going on with WA when it is so difficult and I don`t see much progress?

That is a very good question!

How to face challenges in life?

Everything in life is a challenge and learning curve. We are here to learn and help other people.

But why?

That is a question nobody knows. But I know that if you put a lot of effort into something you are going to end up achieving a lot of goals you have wanted in life.

Everything is possible on earth. It is going to take you a lot of strength and courage to get there but if you really put your mind to it and work you are going to achieve what you want.

How to overcome obstacles in your life?

There are going to be a lot of obstacles that are going to get in the way of you achieving. But only if you let them!

You are going to have to overcome all the obstacles in your life to achieve your goals.

My wife, that I so dearly loved died of cancer the other week and I am finding it difficult to know where to go with my life.

I was in a car crash and will have to buy a new car. But I am going to have to put all my savings towards that and stop my evening class for a while to save up again.

I lost my job the other day and am struggling to get a new job.

These are some examples of obstacles that might get in the way of you achieving your goals.

But here is the thing.

You have to get over these obstacles, fight them back and show what you are capable of doing. Life goes on. If you overcome these obstacles and don't let them defeat you from achieving your goals you are going to lead a happy fulfilling life.

Don`t get me wrong! If a loved one has died you should keep them in your memory and love them further. But after about two weeks you should start building up your strength and moving on with your life.

How to find a way to go in life?

You just have to search for a way to move forward. This is the most difficult part for a lot of people.

What way should I go? I don't see any way to overcome this obstacle!

If you don't see a way of overcoming an obstacle you haven't searched for it yet. If you have searched for it and still don't see a way you haven't searched hard enough.

It took me a year to find the man of my dreams. I never thought I would. But I didn't give up. I kept on searching, and searching, and searching. And bang! The day came where I found him!

If you have had an argument with your boyfriend and don't know what to do? Go and ask your friends or family for advice. The people that love you the most. Write down a couple of ideas that might help the situation and try them out. If you don't try anything you are not going to achieve anything. Only by making mistakes are you going to become confident and strong.

Nobody said life was going to be easy. It is normal to cry about obstacles and take time to think them through. But after a week or two you are going to have to find your way back on your feet and fight.

All of this takes time and effort but is worth every minute of your life. Just stop making excuses and start learning.

Is meditaion the answer?

We are all very strong people and have the power in us to change. Nobody has got the power to hurt me or defeat me. I am going to make a change and start learning from my mistakes. I am not going to give up on my dreams and am going to achieve all the goals I want in life. I am not going to let anything get in the way of my goals.

Say these sentences every day in a quite place and start making your brain save them. This will help you keep up with the things you want and not let the obstacles defeat you. It is a form of meditation.

This will also help you to calm down. It is not good for our health to always be angry or stressed out. That will put our blood pressure and pulse at a high level most of the time. That can only be bad for your health. So keep calm and don't let things get to you.

After a month you won't even have to think of those sentences anymore. They will be saved in your brain and you will automatically do your searching and defeating without you even knowing.

How to help other people?

You will appear as a strong and confident person on the outside and people will look up to you and will want help from you.

We are here to help other people. If you see a person that needs help don't turn a blind eye and go your way. Help them! At least try. If the person is not willing to accept your help then you can turn a blind eye and go your way. Because if a person doesn't accept your help you can't help them. They will then have to go their own way and figure out their problems.
