Completed Another Level
Hi, everyone!
So, I am happy to announce that I have now completed another level of the Certification Training! I am enjoying going through the training by Kyle and learning quite a bit!
Yes, there is a lot to do, and to remember. But what I've found to be very helpful is to take notes as I progress with the training. (I use a marble notebook ... yes, the old-fashioned way ... lol!) In doing so, I can refer back to my notes for future reference. Of course, you can use whichever method you feel most comfortable with if you decide to take notes.
I have spent quite a bit of time this evening going through the training. It is worth the time and effort. After all, it is your business, right?
Carson and Kyle have provided us with ALL the necessary tools for us to succeed in our online business ... and, I thank them! It is up to each one of us to apply what we have learned in order to make it really happen for us!
Please stay focused and go through each lesson. If you have just joined WA, I believe you will notice that the training and help from the community here are SUPERB!
Have patience and know that Rome was not built in a day (I'm sure you've heard that saying), and it is so true.
Just a little story here: When I was 26 years of age, I had resigned from a prestigious position as a legal steno/secretary at the D.A.'s Office (after working there for 6+ years) in order to operate a florist that I purchased with a partner of mine.
The person that we bought the flower shop from had run the business down to the ground because he did NOT take any interest in it nor did not put the needed time into it.
So, little by little, customers fled. My partner and I decided we were going to work hard (VERY hard), and we surely did! It took one year before our income doubled and, each year thereafter, our business became more and more lucrative.
So, having your own online business is no different: it will Not bring tons of money in right from the start. Well, for most, it will not. Just devote "x" amount of hours (each day, as your schedule permits), and when you see you're beginning to get traffic (which ultimately will bring in sales), be happy and know that your hard work was certainly worth it!
And, your customers will benefit from the valuable information, products and/or services you have provided for them! To me, that is rewarding!
Thank you for taking the time to read this long post!
Blessings,
Cathy

Congrats on completing another level! That's great. FYI, I'm old school too and like to take handwritten notes; definitely helps me remember better!
Hi Jeannine! : )
Thank you! Oh, good to know that there are still some of us who "take notes" by writing them down. : )
Best wishes!

Cathy, you have just given away the secret formula behind a successful business... Oh. Wait.
It's not a secret is it? It's just rare that anybody will put in the time. Good post lass.
Hello, there!
I like your sense of humor! : ) No ... it's not a 'secret' at all ... lol!
Thanks, and I wish you all the best!

Wow, this is so amazing and inspirational, great blog indeed. romeo was not built in a day that is very true but some people dont want to understand that they want fast success which is not possible.
Thanks for your blog Cath
Thank you, Mystyle!
You're so right about that! Success happens with time and perseverance. It's just something we have to be patient about. : ) Most things (that are good) don't come easy ... or too fast. I know that I, too, become impatient (at times) but then I do a reality check.
You're welcome! And, best to you!
