How Wealthy Affiliate ROI Keeps Flowing - Another CHEQUE RECEIVED!
I LOVE receiving good news, don't you? For me, one of the best pieces of good news that I am always happy about is when I get unexpected money in the bank or in the mail.
Yes!
We still get snail mail here although, it is taking a bit longer to get through the delivery chain.
Well, on to the purpose of my blog post.
Investing More - Thanks To Wealthy Affiliate
After hitting what I consider to be my turning point in Wealthy Affiliate (WA), I started to enjoy a little extra income. I am a budgeted. Just because I get extra income, it does not mean that I will spend it on things I do not need.
I settle what I need to, splurge a little and no, I do not save any. I INVEST. There is a big difference.
Investing, like Affiliate Marketing, earns me passive income which, of course, I reinvest.
Consistent Investing
In 2020, I started to INVEST in US stocks. I shuddered when the pandemic hit but I continued to INVEST my surplus funds.
At the start of 2021, stocks took a hot and pretty much bobbed along for the most part f the year. Then, in Q4 2021, things started to turn around.
The company I chose to INVEST with focuses on commercial property development. That took a big hit and stock prices went down for a while. We even stopped receiving dividends.
I continued to INVEST as I continue to invest in my online business through WA.
My consistency has paid off!
Very Healthy Returns
I walked down to my mailbox this morning and look at what I found!
- A dividend cheque for USD X,XX5.53.
- 21.4% growth in my share value since their 2021 IPO.
- Increased closing price per share from USD 28.00 at the end of September 2021.
This is just 1 of the investment instruments that I have chosen to put my online business profits into. I also reinvest in my online business.
A Good Time To Reinvest
Yesterday, Kyle announced that WA is having a March Madness 36-Hour Flash Sale on Premium Plus membership. A whopping:
$499/year for Premium Plus+ ($689 Off)
If that is not a great deal, I do not know what is. There are so many more opportunities to learn and grow with WA Premium Plus.
Plus, the more profitable you become, the more you will have to INVEST and reINVEST.

Amen to your post, Cassi, and congratulations on your good investment results in stocks. I also put a bit into the "new economy" as well.
It is not the platform we choose to learn from that is the critical component in reaching our goals. As Roy Bretton so correctly address in his response, it is us, the members of this platform that has to take advantage and utilize the potential offered to us on this great platform, exactly as you have done.
We have to change our script and embrace the philosophy of taking control of our lives and not letting life control us.

It is up to each of us to take advantage of everything we have - everything we pay for.
One of the things that niggle me a bit these days is that I do not have enough time to get through all the PP classes and training.
All we have is right here.

I deep dive into the series of classes that relates to my specific needle movers at the current time in my journey....and I am using the "speed up" feature to get through the videos quicker...🤓. If I miss something in the process, I rewind and watch it again until I get it.

The start is usually skipped for me because it's just an easy roll in to "let's get going".

Roy, I keep saying, nothing in my professional life has ever been so engaging, motivating and rewarding.
I am REALLY enjoying this journey and all the avenues that it exposes me to.
I am also grateful that I started from a much better place than many.
There was really no deep pressure to "do or die" and I have been able to take my time to invest in this transition.
That certainly helped.
I was always in control of pushing myself and I REALLY pushed.
Literally, anything is possible for us.

I agree, it definitely helps if you're in a place where we are not working under huge pressure and have time to invest and learn at the same time. I always tell people to make sure that they have a job before they start their online business!
I believe that you pushed really hard, which is great. To be fair, I believe that when you start any new business, you have to work hard to make it work.
I agree, the Internet has opened up huge opportunities and almost anything is possible.

Great news Cassi! Investing in all that we have available to us at WA in order to build a successful online business is a no brainer!
Outside investments and the best places to reinvest are a little trickier to judge right now in my opinion though...

I agree, Nick, but holding the money is not going to do us much good either.
It was good to have some profit last year to reinvest and I am happy that WA has helped me with that.

I guess it boils down to our own personal circumstances Cassi.
If we have the money to invest (and invest in the right opportunities to grow our businesses) then we should not hold back!
But, in my experience, investing more than one can afford to lose is a risky business my friend!
Thankfully, what we invest in at WA.. as long as we put in the work, is always a great investment in ourselves and money we will never lose!

I was fortunate to earn more than needed from my WA investment and have some extra to invest.
That happened because of all the training and support.
I like to diversify too. 😉
But, as you have said it depends on (1) being able to and (2) our appetite for risk.

Yes, I have to agree with you on tat one my friend .It's a great feeling when you get little bits of revenue come trickling in from the far outposts of your work. Especially from posts and reviews that you had almost forgotten about if not forgptten altogether. Reinstills the faith that the hard work you're putting in is paying off.
