Break Your New Habits Day
WA has just awarded me with a new badge! Whoop! Whoop!
While we all like rewards, we may not like as much the effort that has to go into it to get those rewards. Today is the day that people tend to drop their New Year's Resolutions. The good news though is that we are supposedly just 2 days away from those new year habits being set.
Unless we put in a little bit of effort each day to make changes to our lives, those parts of our lives that we are not so satisfied with will never change. And remember to reward yourself for that effort you made too - that "mental pat on the back" is very important.
So, as we don't all get new badges every day from WA, may I take this moment to congratulate you! For being here, for reading this, for logging into WA, for taking the next step towards the life you desire.

Well, yesterday (today) for you - the 19th did see me drop a couple of my New Year's Resolutions. However, today is a new day and I am back on track. The only reason they were dropped for the day was it was my birthday and I allowed myself to be spoiled - time away from the computer, a day in the sun with friends, lunch and dinner with drinks to celebrate. My birthday is once a year and I will NOT allow it to derail my plans for 2018. It may be the day that people let go of their New Year Resolutions - but not for me! I am back on track with a clear focus of where I am going for 2018!
