Due to budget re-arranhements, I need to change my subscription from yearly to monthly. The idea is to change back to early in a few months. How can I do that? Thank you.

Obviously do what’s best for you and your finances, but by doing what you’re describing you’d be paying more out of pocket.

but WHERE does she login?

Neither Siterubix, nor WP accepts her login.

She does not have a WA account.

Two links are send to your daughter's email address that you used when you created a new user. One of which ends with ......com/wp-login.php. At times when someone attempts to log in as a new user, a new password is automatically suggested. They need to copy and save the new password for future login. The person l want to add as author or editor is the one who creates own new password, which makes sense. l replicated the process, see screen shots.

What links does she use to login to WP?

Links send to her email entered during the adding of a new user.

Hi there, l am sorry to learn that you are having problems adding your daughter as an administrator or author. You can cross check with this short tutorial to check if here is any step that you may have missed Your daughter may also consider clearing cookies before trying to log in. If everything has failed, feel free to visit the 'SiteRubix tab' then scroll down and select 'Support'. Report your problem in detail and remember to send them the user name and password that you created for your daughter so that they can replicate the process. They will get to you in a few hours. All the best.

Did you add her as an admin?
You should be able to see her password in the login area of siterubix, have you checked it is the same password she received?
I hope those ideas might help you :)

- If as an "admin", you might want to copy her login id and password from your Site Manager page and send those to her yourself, just in case.

Has she tried to make a comment and log in from that perspective?

- she might try that, just in case something was typed incorrectly before

- if that doesn't work, log in to your site as admin and go to the Dashboard > Users menu item, then check and delete her old user. Add her once again, initially putting her in the role of "admin". See if the new id and password work for her. You can always change the role later to "author", if you like.

- With this last suggestion, while she is an "admin" role, you may be prompted to "synchronize" her admin password with yours, from the login screen on the SiteRubix Manager page. Don't do that. Just ignore that button.
