If you didn't give them any information then you should be fine. I expect you have antivirus running on your PC also. So everything should be ok and your Amazon account untouched.

I have double security on mine so suggest you change your password then add a text number. So when you log in they will send a code to add for log in, takes a bit of extra effort but worth it, I am sure it is fine but doing the above will put your mind at risk, Phil

Could be spam/phishing. I'd contact Amazon directly and ask them if they emailed you.
