I went to the squeeze page that you recommended and I love i. However I nee a bit of help. In the video, he says insert you form code or something like that. I use getresponse but can't find a code. Could you tell me what you did.

Hey there
So I ain't use Getresponse but I'm sure it's not that different then AWeber.
You have to create a new list, then design a form for it. In this case the form should be as simple as possible, no titles, no footers etc...just a email slot and the SUBMIT button.
Then you have to PUBLISH your form, that's where you find the HTML code you need to insert into the plugin. That's it.
I could see that the plugin doesn't work with ALL themes but I think that if you see it appearing, then you can insert the HTML form code from your AR.
