Have you tried OnlyWire.com ? Don't know if it's recommended here but it's one way to submit to some social bookmarking sites.

I signed in through fb but I'm confused how it works becuase with the free one it would only let me send to 4 networks(fb, twitter, g+ and pinterest) how to I do a mass one to lots of different websites?
Can't speak to what or how you are signing in since I can't see your screen.
The base package is free and if you want all the other options, you have to create an account on OnlyWire and upgrade to a paid version. I've found it worth the money.

You can manually do it and that would be free or you are going to have to pay for that functionality. After a certain point, you have to pay $$.
Some sites like OnlyWire let you submit to a few sites for free

I think it's a good idea to branch out into accessories, yes, but I would wait until you start ranking in search results for your primary keywords first. Then, you can start targeting closely related keywords.
For example, right now, you'd be going for:
stroller reviews
buying the right stroller
best strollers to buy
And once you start ranking substantially for those and seeing traffic, THEN you'd branch off into:
stroller accessories
stroller parts
etc.

Content is going to be what makes your business at the end of the day. BUT if your working full time or running a business like me then it's going to be hard to keep coming up with quality content,

Hey, I applied for adsense a very very long time ago and I still haven't heard anything. I think I placed the verification code in the wrong spot. Am I supposed to just add it
Adsense says they want it under your header, but i normally put mine on one of my side bars.

Do I need to use a plugin for ads or can i just add them manually? What are the pros to using a plugin? (I'm using media.net for ads).

No idea what media-net is, but you do not need plugin in principle, just paste in Text mode. Though this depends on what you want to do.

So you want it inside the text, not on sidebar only. Then plugin is a good option, but again you can do this manually as well. With plugin you have control over all of them from one place. See Nathaniell's training about Ad Inserter. I am using Easy Plugin For Adsense, but going to change to the Ad Inserter.
