Eating two apples at the same time? Not possible!
Well either because they are tasty or because there is no time left on the lunch hour, the eating of two apples at the same time is neither possible nor is it practical!
What you can do and if you insist in having, eating, enjoying and working out over the two "delicious apples", I strongly suggest you prepare them at home!
It then becomes possible and enjoyable!
Like anything else else in life if there is no order or no "agenda" to "prepare your self" for the day ahead and the projects that you have to embrace, you may find yourself a little bit lost and lacking motivation for the tasks that lie...

The Agenda Must Have :
- Long TERM: Goals and trimmings
- Short TERM: Daily Tasks and objectives to complete
- Preparation TIME: Time spent on preparing, either just thinking about "it" or just researching! In this category I also include the possibility of meetings that will assist you in completing your agenda!
My agenda is full of entries and the important ones are started by: LT -, ST -, PT -. You may even use the acronyms as to be "LONG TIME, SHORT TIME, and a PLANED TIME"
