It messes up with a SSL security "batch file" ... what the bank told me that it is due to the fact that I regularly pay many things online to various "one-off suppliers"; and also due to the fact that I reported a card misuse ONLINE, But now I have managed a totally reliable system to generate one-off card for payments!
