My Coffees Are Criminal!

I think God is trying to tell me something; my car has had no less than three full cups of coffee spilled in it this week! Yep, the votes are in and tallied. That's one more bad habit that has to hit the ditch :(

I think it just may be a blessing in disguise though; java may juice you but it has a crash-factor that isn't pleasant, to say the least. Besides, swallowing a diuretic first thing in the morning is not really the best way to greet your body! Speaking of.....

I'm sure everyone is in the know about our bodies being 70-80% water? I just wanted to refresh that thought in all of our heads; western society has this habit of dragging through our daily lives suffering from H2O deficiency. It's important to take note that vitamins are water soluble. Now, if you read between the lines here you can probably figure out the point I'm driving at heh heh. Oh, I may as well just say it outright; if we insist on drinking something that dehydrates us we had better make sure we double up on the liquids. Always drink a ratio of 2-1; 2 cups of liquid (I don't mean soda either lol) to 1 cup of water.

Take care of your body and it will take care of the rest!

Kangen Water is a trademark of Enagic. Lately, Enagic is suing any other water ionizer company that says their machines make Kangen water. I find Enagic #1 in all catagories...as far as water ionization. Queen Elizabeth's wholistic doctor uses Enagic machines. I compared the specs of many other water machines. I even had a chimney helper with a bad back. And the only water that helped my Heller's back was the Kangen water. Here is the site that can help you...www.kangendemo.com.

One 8 ounce cup of coffee needs 17 cups of water just to get a person's body pH to 7.0. The normal body pH is 7.35 +/-. I notice many people drinking 10 - 16 ounce cups of coffee, thus a person needs more than 2 gallons of water with 16 ounces of coffee. That is not going to happen with 99.9% of the people. I do power point kangen water presentations a lot and it is so gratifying to help people stay out of the emergency room just because they are dehydrated. You are so right! Great article post!!!!

I wasn't even going to go into the whole pH issue in that blog. Once I get around to working on my own content today (fixing my bosses site right now...whew! It's a mess) I'll be finishing up my Acid/Alkaline article...let me tell you, it has "Pillar" written all over it :)

Oh man, I didn't need to hear this. I drink 6 cups of coffee in the morning. 1 sprite at lunch. 6 cups of coffee in the evening. 1 sprite with evening meal. Only about 8 ounces of water total for the whole day. I am a bad girl.

Even though I am joking about it, I do all of the above. I am going to incorporate more water because I don't see me giving up any of the other beverages. Not at all.

Let me guess, if you don't drink coffee you get a headache? How about every once in a while you get tremors? I think there's a possibility of crankiness somewhere too? Just a head's up my dear; I'm not trying to be "That Guy". I just care, that's all :)

Last thing, I promise. If you start getting rapid, slow or irregular heartbeat you need to stop; that's one step removed from cardiac arrest.

Okay, I'm done. Don't hate me, okay?

Well, actually I am one of those that coffee calms them down. Yep. I also have extremely great blood pressure and my (pulse) heart beats at 85 just about every time I check it which is daily. I don't know if I get headaches without coffee because I haven't tried. I very seldom get headaches at all.

I put about 2 tablespoons of coffee to a 12 cup coffee maker. I don't know if that is strong or not.

I have not ever been told I was cranky. But, I will ask a few people to find out for sure.

I don't waste my time hating. lol
