I have also purchased credits several times. Like Derek suggested I recommend trying again and contacting support if it doesn't work.

Hi Chris, I looked at your profile page and there are a lot of people who posted a welcome comment to you but your replies are conspicious by their absense.
You are suppoosed to reply.
Not only as a courtesy but it shows you are getting involved and this will be reflected in your ranking.
As for comments on your website.
If you are getting comments then you should be replying to them as well within your Comments Section.
Are you not doing this?
If you are then all the comments will be listed but usually its the visitors comments that are listed first and your replies are further down the list.
I personally ask for comments within WA in the Ask For Comments Section but as I don't have the time or inclination to physically give two for one I buy them and cut out the middle man so to speak.
This way the other person has to give me a comment on a particular post and I can approve or disapprove them until I get a comment worth replying to.
For $10 you get 20 credits and that gives you 10 comments.

It was certainly is Robert appreciate that because I was wondering that a little while back about being able to pay for credits because I thought that I read that somewhere… But I can't seem to find or remember where that was, could you let me know where that is so I can go do the same? Thanks
