Finding My Way Back to Solvency

Since originally joining Wealthy Affiliate in 2017, I have come and gone as a member here several times now. Sometimes it was because of lack of motivation and application on my part. But sometimes it was because I simply did not even have the money to pay the monthly membership fee.

Yes, I was in that much of a mess financially. Ten years I gave up my job to start an online business selling on Amazon. I got a good redundancy payment at the time so I thought I would be okay once my business got up and running.

But the business never got up and running and sure within two years all my redundancy money ran out. I felt lost and began to feel sorry for myself. My house was repossessed, and my health began to deteriorate.

In 2019 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Fairly sure this was caused by stress from years of the financial worries caused by my debt.

You see. I think I have become something of an expert on debt. That is why I started a personal finance blog here at Wealthy Affiliate. A personal finance aimed at helping people get out of debt.

So far, I have published four posts on the blog. I am aiming to write at least one post a week. In the next three months I aim to have written sixteen posts, maybe more.

At the end of this year 2022, I aim to have at least thirty posts up. By this time, I hope to have earned my first commission, but who knows?

I will keep going until I am earning good money. I have dabbled in so many online business models I have lost count. But the experience has not made me give up. I will keep going.

I think you regret the things you did not do, not the things you did. I will never give up.
