Site Health From Baby Blue to a Shades of Gold Yellow

I was like WOW when I viewed my site health so perfectly getting better as the baby blue started showing up, :) But to my surprise, It went back to a perfect shade of gold yellow! What!!! LOL
Again, to my surprise.... I had TOO Many Plugins that went down to 0%! Seriously not aware about it. Again, LOL!
I have all these plugins like CMB2 that will create metaboxes and forms with custom fields that will blow your mind. EWWW Image Optimizer which reduces file sizes for images within WordPress including NextGen Gallery and Grand FlAGallery.WOOCommerce, An eCommerce toolkit that helps you sell anything, beautifully. YITH WooCommerce Quick View allows your users to have a quick look about products. I really don't even know all these and if need it in my site!
Let me know your suggestions if it's okay to deactivate all these, please.
