Amazon Associates Central Just Reached out!
Yes, Amazon Associates Central Just Reached out to me last May 27 about my account that at this time, I have 90 days left to drive qualified sales and avoid termination and closure of my account. And I only have 65 days Remaining before the termination.
They have not seen qualified sales activity on my account within 180 days of sign-up and it will be automatically rejected. I only made 1 sale within that period and I was on vacation for almost a month and I haven't done anything spectacular yet to my website since I came back.
I HAVE to find more ways to monetize my (first) website or blog, improve its visibility, and learn about driving qualified sales using the Resource Center on Associates Central.
I still have hopes and dreams. My life doesn't stop here. I know I took it slow, and I was out of FOCUS for the past 2 months, my fault.
Action to be taken before I re-apply for the program
There are many ways to increase referrals and advertising fees you earn through the Associates Program, including:
- making your existing links more prominent or visible to site visitors
- including links to additional products or product variants
- adding links for trending promotions that you can find in our Promotions Hub
- linking to Amazon from your home page
- increasing traffic to your website using search engine optimization, social media, and other paid advertising methods
WA Rankings
I was at Rank 2k+ before I went to the Philippines. Now I'm back to Rank 6139 because of No Activity. Well, I'm Back and getting myself together on track.
"Obstacles are necessary for success because in selling, as in all careers of importance, victory comes only after many struggles and countless defeats."
I just wish and pray all the best!

Sorry you are going through that. Perhaps consider replacing Amazon with other merchants who have cookies longer than Amazon's 1-day cookie! That can make things pretty hard for most bloggers. And the other merchants won't kick you out either, at least not after such a short period of time.
Thanks a lot Jeanine. I will be doing that. I actually have other merchants and a lot of private offers from Rakuten Mktg but. Amazon is more flexible for my niche. Better luck next time for me. Lol. Thanks again
God bless
Bien
I had Amazon when I first started my baby site and was dropped because of lack of sales also. I will either reapply with them or find a new affiliate program. My main focus is building traffic right now which is coming along nicely.
Tried and True
Elaine
That's right Elaine. I have to move on and look for other affiliates. Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
All the best
Bien
Same thing happened to me! We even had several people order stuff from our website, but we did not get the credit? They must have had cookies from someone else ahead of us??? Still not sure how this works. Our account was terminated for lack of sales. But you can always re-apply. Once we get back to doing articles regularly and working daily, we will re-apply.
Remember Bien, ranking here in WA has nothing to do with driving traffic to your websites so you can make money from affiliates like Amazon.
That only comes from spending time working on your online business by creating content that gets people to your website so they will buy. Being here to learn is great, spending time being social and helping out should only happen after you have taken care of business first.
I hope that helps!
Thanks Yeah I am aware of that. And you are right, I have to take care of my business first. :) Thanks a lot.
Wish you the besrBsurla,am like in the same situation,I recently created an affiliate account with Amazon, and am fighting to make my site start generate enough traffic. What is needed is to heat the ground running.
Hello Bien, I am sure most of us have received that email. I let the period lapse and worked on improving my website before reapplying. I would recommend the same.
I believe you can re-apply at anytime, but they put you through the same requirements before approving. So I would recommend getting more traffic on your website before.
