My WA progress 4/12/2015
My progress here at Wealthy Affiliates has been slow but it has progressed none-the-less. I started with WA back in March of 2014. I had already been working on my business since April 2013. I started Robsans Enterprises LLC as a legal entity with the U.S. Federal Government and the State of Arizona. The goal is to create a company offering quality products and services to anyone that needs or wants it. I tried the eBay route working with drop shippers and manufactures which did not work. Problem was that I did not have a good enough relationship with them to get a competitive price, nor did I have the resources to buy in bulk. With that being realized, I turned my attention to Affiliations. I figured out that I could sell other people's products and/or services as well as get a commission doing so.
Then I ran in to Wealthy Affiliate and things began to change. At first I was very cautious of this community and suspicious of Steve's claims. Steve was my sponsor that invited me to Wealthy Affiliate. I took a chance so to speak and joined WA taking advantage of the starter membership. I figured I had nothing to lose and I needed something to get me started making money on the Internet. While I haven't made anything as yet, I seen the potential and that my success is dependent on me. So I sat back, started the lessons, and watched as I built my network how the community worked. I was very impressed with the lessons and how well they were put together. They reminded me of my college years as they were just as good as the university's on-line courses. Toward the end of my first week, my network had been getting bigger. I started to notice just how good the community worked together to solve the issues that other members had. I was impressed so I joined as a premium member.
Six month later I had learned a lot, I know I am a bit slow but I only get to do this part time. I did manage to build my first site at Robsans.com. I finally got to use that URL that I had been hanging onto for years. I have four URL's for Robsans; .com, .net, .info, and .org. My .com is my ecommerce site where I will sell actual products preferably "Made in USA". Right now it is selling Amazon pet products, well sort of, it has made a few sales but nothing to write home about. My .net is my other network where I make digital products available to those that want or need to learn about computers, programs, the Internet, Websites, and business for free. Once they have joined my site they will have access to niche materials, computer training tutorials, training videos, PLR's, MRR's, and PDF's. They are digiatal products that I have been collecting over the past year. I will also be trying to guide them toward Wealthy Affiliate through this site as well. As for my .info, I haven't figured out what I going to use that for just yet. My .org will be all about Robsans Enterprises with all the legal documents that it takes to have a legal entity in the U.S. Hopefully it will help show that I am a real company and not a scam. After having developed all this I realized that I could not have done it all without the guidance of the WA community and the great training materials. So I think it was in November when I decided to join the yearly plan.
So what have I learned? and what have I accomplished. Well, I have made a little money but not a lot as yet but I haven't really tried. Been too busy building and developing my company, after all, you do have to have something to show. I have learned how to use Word Press, how to set up my site with SEO and WSO. Once I have my WA side of my network site set up I will start generating traffic. Actually it has already picked up about 15 members so far and I haven't even started promoting it yet. I have set my goals to get some sort of income working this year. I will probably go another year after that with WA just to make sure I can get all I can out of it. Who knows, maybe by then I will stay even longer.
Here is what I have built so far:
Robsans.com, currently selling Amazon pet products. It is not doing very well but will probably rebuild this site later on.
Consumerfightback.info, currently showing people how to fight back against companies that do bad business. It will funnel people to my network site. It is pretty much built but I do have more info to put up.
Robsans.net, currently a member site giving folks free training material learning about computers, programs, the Internet, websites, and business. It is only half built but I have a lot more coming.
So there it is, my progress to this day. If I may ask, please visit my site's and leave a comment if you feel so inclined. At the very least I could use your critiques and tell me how I can do better.
