If You Think You're Stuck.
Good day everyone! Brian here and I want to talk about "getting stuck" and present some ideas to help get you unstuck, so to say. I've just been here a relatively short time but have been stuck a few times. Especially when it comes to writing reviews.
First thing I do when I get stuck is RELAX. As much as I want this to happen as fast as it can I tell myself to BE PATIENT.
Then once I have regained my composure I go back and read through all my content. Yes, page by page, word by word. This helps me regain focus on my goal. I often find areas I want to tweak because as I gain experience I realize how some things I wrote sound so....ridiculous.
During the process of reading I look for ideas and topics I can write more content about. Often I find topics I can expand on. Remember to write them down, including the url of the page they are on so you can internally link them. I often want to rewrite the page or post they are on but my site is better served by writing new content relative to the topic.
Another thing I do when I am stuck is...yes...stalk other members sites. I should really take advantage of reviewing them and building points but I admit, that is not a strong point of mine. You should make it one of yours.
In addition, Google search your topic. I know this feels counter productive but the knowledge is like a Kodak picture...priceless.
Remember, no one ever said this was going to be quick and easy. It's not about fast easy money. It is about creating your own business!
I truly believe that to be successful you should surround yourself with others who are successful and WA is loaded with SUCESS!
If you need someone to lean on the community is awesome. I have found many blogs and trainings posted by members that have answered many of my questions and have given me inspiration.
Remember, YOU are the master of your destiny and the Captain of your soul! YOU are the only obstacle to being successful or not. So keep pushing ahead! I am!
Even if you feel like you have nothing else to give, keep going forward. Read an inspirational book, thumb through the blogs, search for a mentor to give you a boost, but never NEVER give up.
One thing that helps me is writing down my goals and posting them where I can see them every day. Seriously, I have them posted in my bedroom so I see them every night before I go to bed every night and every morning when I wake. I say them over and over during the day!
In summary, If you get stuck push forward any way you can. Search the blogs here for ideas, read your content, find some way to keep with going. I know you can do this and if you need a boost in confidence let me know! I am you guy!!

Thank you for this motivational pick me up. I am a single mom trying desperately to get my site off and going so that I can give my child the childhood he deserves. I want it so bad. I am not giving up. I am just burnt out because my son finally went to bed an hour ago and I am here doing my own SEO audit of my pages.
I too, went through all my content word for word and plucked & added things I felt were appropriate. I made extra Pinterest vertical images for my board in Pinterest, I found better keywords in place of the ones I was using so I switched them out.... when I look at my site it feels like I didn't add anything to it but in reality I know that I went int the under works and tweaked things that in the long run will make my site look perfect and professional.
Hey so since you are also doing what I feel is something like a SEO audit on your blog, how long do you think for Google to pick up the changes you made in your blog and rank them? Like do you know how often the Google spider bots crawl our pages?

Seems like some of your articles have a second title starting the text, but there's no differentiation between the second title and the text, which makes it all a little confusing. Hope that helps.

Some say that being STUCK is a frame of mind. It is and is not, sometimes you need to bounce ideas off of someone else to get a different perspective

Agreed. That is why I like the WA and its platform. I can keep reading and finding new ways to reinvent my creativity and content. Thanks for the words of wisdom sir.
