I'm making good progress in learning how to post; however, I noticed that comment boxes are important to interact with your readers. I tried to find some kind of text box icon

You need to enable comments within your WordPress dashboard and not within SiteContent. The training below shows you how to enable comments on your blog. John

Hey there John,
Thanks for reaching out to help me! I followed Anthony's advice in going to Quick Edit and then making sure the Comments box was checked. I then got out of WordPress and came back in. But no comment box appeared at the end of my post. Do I have to log out completely to make this work? Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Brian

Share the link to the post on here and I will check as a visitor to your website. It might also be a setting in your theme that needs activating. Which theme are you running?

John,
Thanks! I got it working!
Gratefully, Brian :)

great news

John,

I'm not sure how to share the link to the post but my website can be found at eggster.com.

I'm also not sure what theme I actually have.

Thanks,
Brian

John,
My apologies, I am now eggprep.com. I've gotten some comments from at least three people so I'm finally getting
this figured out. Thanks for the encouragement and help.
All the best,
Brian :)

no worries, glad you got it sorted.

John

Kyle, I just created a new eggprep.com domain. Why would I not post my content there? In your example for site content, you went back to the previous siterubix domain.

Hi, Brian.

Did you mean to send this in a PM to Kyle? PMing Kyle or Carson isn't as intuitive as I'd like. Only these three options will send a PM to Kyle or Carson;
1. Billing & Membership
2. WA Affiliate Program
3. Report Content

"Website Feedback or Review" sends you here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/website-feedback
"General Question" publicly publishes your question to whichever classroom you choose from the dropdown list.
"Website Technical Trouble" sends a PM ("ticket") to Site Support.

I apologize if I've wasted your time telling you something you already knew.

You were right to ask about Kyle's example and Jerry (siamjerry) gave you the right advice. Do publish your content on your main domain.

I guess Kyle just used it as an example. Of course you should post to your own domain if you have it.

When posting site content, why post to the old siterubix?
