What is it you don't like? Your theme? Just pick a new one. Is it your niche you don't like? Don't pick something based on profitability, pick something you love and have genuine interest in.
Don't underestimate yourself or the training here. The training won't make sense if you're not building as you go through it all. You're meant to be building your site as you go through it :) Just pick a niche you love and as far as your theme goes you can always change that at any time.
