I want to go back to my free membership and no longer be premium. I don't use any of the fancy website designs and for now I am not planning on blogging do to some recent chang
Hi - once you have been premium, you can't go back to being a free member. If you cancel, you will be given 30 days to move your site to another hosting service.
Thanks...yeah I may have to do that. Maybe I can find a free one to keep it at for now and when things look better come back and move my domain over again? Love WA, just don't have the time right now!!!

Sorry, there's no downgrade option. You can cancel the account but once it's gone Premium it can't go back to Starter.

Your message did not go to Kyle in a private message. Instead you have posted this in a classroom. When contacting Kyle you need to make sure that the option you select offers you a form that is clearly labeled "Contact Kyle or Carson" else your communication will be shared in a classroom.
