You don't have to complete bootcamp to use your WA affiliate link. I would try and go through it though at some point, but you can definitely use your affiliate link on your website without having finished the course. :)

Will there be infringement if I add marketing affiliations to my blog site? Do I need to be invited first?
Stephen has you covered. If you need any other help with this, just let us know. Do you know where your affiliate link is? If you go to your profile page, it is the white tab on the upper left corner of your page that says affiliate on it. Just click on that and copy that link.

To add ANY link to your website, you simply highlight the text you want to link and on the menu that opens up, click on the 'Add Link' button (it's on the top row, a bit to the right). From there, you can add a link to a page on your site or simply paste your WA Affiliate link in.

Im going to use the niche as a blog.
There really isn't a place on WA to choose a niche, but I can point you in the direction of a list of niches to get ideas from: List of 100 Niches

You are already upgraded to premium status. However, you should be billed any day now for the $47 for the coming month. It will reoccur every 30 days.
Yes, your payment should be withdrawn automatically either through PayPal or a credit card that you should have set up.
