I've really liked posting personal update blogs each week on my progress here at Wealthy Affiliate so far, so I will likely continue doing that.
Week 3 was full of more work and more progress. Despite work being a little crazy right now as my students get ready to write their exams, I have managed to stay focused and keep working at a consistent pace. In order to do this, I have been writing down my goals for each day, and crossing them off as I go. This has helped keep me both motivated and productive!
Some pretty awesome things happened this week:

1. I completed Course 3 of the Certification training
2. According to my Analytics, I received my first bit of organic traffic this week
3. I have (finally) found a website theme I really like and I think I will be able to use long-term
4. I have begun to really work on expanding my Google+ network and am now learning how to use this platform to increase my website traffic.
This coming week I am hoping to work through Course 4 of the training (I'd like to get at least halfway through it), write more content, and learn more about using Google+ effectively.
Onwards and Upwards into Week 4, aka the last week of January! Oh how the time has flown..
