A Part-Time or Spare-Time Business?

Many people decide to build a business online. They feel that since they are already working a "9-5", they have only a limited amount of time to dedicate to that business.

A friend of mine decided she was going to build a business, however, only worked "ON" that business when she thought about it.

Now, don't get me wrong. She was sincere about building her business, but had so many things on her mind that she was doing things that were urgent in her life, not things that she had prioritized to make the business grow.

She intended to work on her business PART TIME, but ended up working her business in her SPARE TIME.

You can build a business in your part time, but you MUST be diligent to work your business for a certain number of hours each week.

Set aside a certain number of hours each day to work ON your business. Block that amount of time out from your schedule . . . don't allow interruptions. Remember, YOU are the boss in your business (even if you work at home).

• Plan Your Success
• Schedule Work "IN" Your Business vs. "ON" Your Business
• Daily Activity Plan
• Be Organized
• Keep Track of Expenses
• Write Blogs or Comments

In conclusion, you CAN build a business part time, but make your time count. Prioritize and plan . . . don't simply work on the business whenever it happens to cross your mind.
