It was Free Turkey Box day here in Kingman, AZ at my parents' church. I had signed up for a free turkey box because I am poor. But, with the phone call to make sure I remembered to pick up my free turkey box, I was asked if I wanted to help give these away to families that were on the list because I had done this before. I said yes. Not a problem. It was fun. Met new people, talked to friends.
About halfway through the four hours, I realized I wasn't getting my Free Turkey Box for free. I had earned it. I was happy!

Well, with the free sites, you work hard, you are doing something for others (pay it forward, people! Pay it forward!), you earned what you make.
So, now I have a 16 - 20 pound turkey, bag of Idaho potatoes, pumpkin pie, Cool Whip, and various items. How am I going to cook it, since I have an extremely small oven, my toaster oven (huge, though it is) is still too small? Ahem...I have a smoker grill outside. Going to smoke it! In a few days.
I was sitting at my desk when this pup decided he wanted to join me. First he climbed onto my lap. Then went around me. Aaannnddd....there he is...sitting between me and the back of my desk chair. Stole my spot!
Got a new blue snap on collar! No wild colors for this boy! He is wild enough without it.
