T.P.G. The "Perfect" Girl
T.P.G.-abbreviation I’ve just come up with standing for The Perfect Girl. I was thinking either of what the perfect girl would be and I couldn’t figure it out. Does she have long or short hair? Is she smart? Good looks? A smoking bod? Or what’s perfection really? Does it even exist? I personally think that perfection is overrated, boring, nonexistent and therefore basically unattainable. Yet it’s so sad to see the lengths at which many girls are going to just seem like the perfect girl to their friends, boyfriends even family. So sad.
From slimming teas, thickening pills to bleaching creams. I’m not judging but what’s become of life though? Is the perfect girl one with the biggest ass, most flat tummy and the lightest of skins?I highly doubt!! And besides, don’t such girls only exist on tumblr?!
So be happy with who you are, accept yourself and love yourself. Live life positively and accept only positive energy in return.
Also, you’re more than beautiful baby girl. And they say that you don’t need a man who is not after God’s own heart coming after yours.

I believe that perfection is an illusion, something we are sold as being a desirable thing to chase after, then of course we are sold a lot of stuff that will supposedly help us attain it...
Some people buy into this and think they have "arrived" when they buy and use all that crap...
Myself I think a bit differently...
I believe prefection is a subjective thing, and even for those that think they understand what perfection is for themselves, they end up finding it is a fleeting thing...
Peace with one's self may provide more satisfaction than working to attain any perfection level that others determine you need to achieve...
This peace comes from within rather than from external sources...Know yourself, be at peace with who you are, and work to get better when you see from your perspective that you need to...
That leads you towards TPG as you call it - or in my case I think of it as trying to be a WOG (Wise Old Guy) hehe...It is a journey not a destination....Have fun along the way, it makes too much sense....

People are so busy working...almost driving themselves insane just to be accepted by others and loved by others...and wanted by others yet they haven't really accepted themselves.
